International Handwashing Day


Each year, 15 October is designated International Handwashing Day. This is highly relevant to the food industry, as hands are one of the major sources and routes for cross–contamination. Reducing cross–contamination is key in the production of microbiologically safer, higher quality food. If you haven't had a chance yet to see our video on hand washing* here
