Did you know you can hire one of our meeting rooms to hold your own company meetings?

Based in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds, our site provides a central location with ample free parking. Our onsite catering team are on hand to deal with your event requirements and we can also provide suggestions for social activities to complement your event.

Our meeting rooms, facilities, and site entrance are accessibility friendly too.

We have 10 meeting rooms available to hire in a variety of sizes ranging from small rooms, perfect for meetings of 2 – 6 people to a room with a capacity to seat up to 100 theatre style.

Our day delegate rate of £40.00 + VAT per person (members) or £50.00 + VAT per person (non–members), includes:

  • Meeting room hire
  • Flip charts and pens
  • Built in audio visual equipment,
  • Catering and refreshments (lunch, arrival drinks and morning/afternoon breaks)
  • Lectern, staging and sound equipment available in T4/5
  • Name badges and registration
  • Free parking
  • Free Wi–Fi

If your delegates would like a tour of the site during the day, to see the processing facilities we offer the food and drink industry, this can be arranged with prior notice.

Our resident experts could be available to deliver a presentation appropriate to the topic of the meeting if required.

We are surrounded by a wide variety of local accommodation suitable for a range of budgets. We are happy to provide assistance with accommodation booking through our excellent network with local hotels if required.
