Governance changes
To serve your needs even more comprehensively in the future, given the changing external environment and potential opportunities for Campden BRI and the time requirements for corporate governance and strategy development, the Board unanimously believes the time is right to implement some important changes to the governance of the organisation.
These changes comprise:
- Creating a new, smaller, Board with no more than eight dedicated directors including the Chief Executive Officer and Finance Director.
- Establishing a new Advisory Council, comprised largely of members to provide a valuable link between the Board and all our members.
- Widening the range of matters requiring ratification by a vote of members, thus strengthening your position.

The results of the resolutions of the Fee Paying Members at the EGM 22 November 2023 are:
