There are a growing number of products that blur the lines between soft and fermented drinks. Developing a comprehensive understanding of both sectors can be advantageous.
This seminar will address topical issues, including:
- technical approaches to sugar reduction without using sweeteners
- presentations on non-alcoholic fermented drinks including Kombucha
- plastic packaging and sustainability
- the use of new technologies in beverages including practical demonstration, and
- colouring beverages without additive colour
As well as having the opportunity to network and ask questions from industry specialists, there will be practical demonstrations of emerging technologies in our pilot plant relevant to beverages. UV-C and continuous microwaving for pasteurisation, and Revtech processing for beverage ingredients will be covered. Samples of different processed beverages will also be available to assess the differences between processes.
Who should attend?
The seminar is ideal for anyone involved in product development, technical managers, process development personnel, marketing teams and suppliers to the beverage industry
Please note that copies of the presentations will not be available on the day but will be emailed within a few days of the event as an electronic download in PDF format.
