Eung was trained in brewing at the University of California, Davis, and holds an MSc degree in Brewing & Distilling from Heriot-Watt
University. He joined Campden BRI in 2008 from a microbrewery.
Before Eung came to the United Kingdom, he was a researcher at the Plant Signaling Network Research Center, Korea University to
study about fatty acid synthesis after completed his MSc in Molecular biology & Genetics from Korea University.
Eung has extensive experience of the analysis of beer and is being involved in a wide range of projects relating to malting,
roasting and brewing.
