Peter Headridge is responsible for providing strategic direction to, and the management of, Campden BRI. He joined Campden
BRI in 2020 as COO in the operations team.
Prior to joining Campden BRI, he worked at the Kellogg Company for over 21 years in various roles including, food safety,
consumer affairs, innovation marketing, innovation project management, R&D, health & wellness and latterly was a member of the European Leadership
team. Prior to joining the Kellogg Company, his career included product development within the dairy industry and refinery production management in
the sugar industry.
Peter is a Fellow of the IFST and a member of Nottingham University Industrial Advisory Board for Food Science. He received
his Bachelor Honours Degree in Food Science from the University of Nottingham, and went on to attain his MBA from the University of Durham.
