HR Team

You will be working with senior stakeholders to identify, design, develop and support/ lead Campden BRI’s transformational change projects across the organisation. Supporting current and future projects to ensure that they are delivered in line with good practice project management, whilst ensuring project requirements, delivery timelines, quality and costs are achieved, with positive impact on customers.

The purpose of the role is as follows:

  • To project manage the multiple project streams across the business, increasing visibility, ensuring the appropriate governance and cost controls are in place and identifying conflicting resource demands.
  • To facilitate the effective and successful roll out of projects, working closely with all stakeholders to demonstrate the appropriate return on investment (ROI) and creating a continuous improvement culture for delivery of change.
  • To own and lead individual change projects to transform the business, improve customer satisfaction / retention and increase commercial success.
  • Analysis projects from a broad perspective understanding how the levers of operations, process, people and systems interact.

Position

  • Working with senior stakeholders to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
  • Developing detailed project plans to guide project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of employees or identifying resource required.
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery and coaching / working alongside to help build project capability and change expertise.
  • Monitoring project status and spotting risks, implementing contingencies.
  • Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
  • Facilitate project meetings and direct/contribute to projects.
  • Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders and aid collaboration.
  • Evaluate and review projects once completed for key lessons.
  • Contribute to keeping the wider business updated on key wins & project successes.

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant, related subject or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful transformational change projects
  • Strong record of delivery excellence in a project management role using PRINCE2 (practitioner level) or an equivalent structured method across the full project lifecycle.
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects and organisational change is essential.
  • Experience of agile delivery to demonstrate quick wins and create buy-in for change
  • Well-developed communication skills, able to clearly communicate change requirements ensuring all stakeholders (internal and external) are consulted, involved and updated where required.
  • Be a champion for change.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and wider understanding of business drivers is essential.
  • Presentation skills, ability to prepare and present to a project.
