Claire has 25 year’s experience in HR, having worked at Vodafone, PepsiCo, Spirax-Sarco Engineering and Taylor Wimpey. Her specialisms are talent, culture, engagement and organisational development. She has led major change projects, designed and implemented talent across Vodafone globally and implemented values across 25 countries at Spirax-Sarco Engineering. Claire has a broad business background from sitting on various leadership teams in her FMCG and telecoms roles, plus a period as a private investor supporting small companies seeking to grow. She is passionate about change within the organisation and developing talent.
