Our support services cover all non-scientific business needs, including: IT, finance, HR, compliance, governance, legal and risk, facilities and engineering, catering, sales, marketing, and scientific affairs

Training

Position

Full time- Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm (4.30pm finish on a Friday)

Or

Part Time- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 2x 8.30am starts per week- 25 hours per week

To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Training Section and Event Directors for training events and activities.  To handle enquiries with a view to maximising business development opportunities & client relationships.  The maintenance and development of key administrative systems to support successful delivery of training events.

Requirements

  • ​5 GCSEs including English & Maths
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Good communication skills- verbal and written
  • Fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skill with an ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to pick up functionality quickly for new technology (eg WebEx)
