​Our Sales, Marketing, Training & Membership department oversee all the commercial elements for our organisation: liaising and supporting our technical functions with marketing campaigns, market research, developing key accounts, overall strategy and ensuring our members have added value through our services and consultancy.

We also provide a wide range of training courses from introductions into microbiology, Food Science & Technology, Thermal Processing etc to advanced HACCP and international regulatory courses.

Sales & Account Management Team

Campden BRI offers our members a wide range of technical services to the Global food industry.  We are the UK's leading centre for brewing & distilling support, covering all matters related to beer, wine and spirit development, production, and analysis.

You will be an experienced Key Account Manager with a background of selling technical services into the food & drink industry, with a proven track record of senior account management within Brewing and Distilling clients.  You will help us grow relationships with existing key accounts, either in areas with potential for high growth, or where additional business would be strategically relevant.

 

Position

  •  Provide the highest level of client service

  • Create and develop relationships with clients that deliver sustainable, targeted, revenue growth through sales & account development activities for allocated Key Accounts through direct client contact and sales activity

  • Grow existing accounts and develop new business within Brewing & related industries

  • Support technical experts and leads within the business to plan strategic approaches to target accounts

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales & Account Management to establish and implement development campaigns for new client acquisition ​

Requirements

  • Selling technical services to the Brewing and Distilling sectors (not units but service or consultancy)

  • Strategic account management

  • Building successful client relationships that deliver sustainable revenue growth

  • The Food and Drink sector having engaged at senior management level with Food and Drink industry clients

  • Analytical science and technology as applied to the Food and Drink industry would also be an advantage

  • An excellent communicator and influencer with strong negotiating skills (particularly with influencing senior external stakeholders)

Additional information:
