About
Alice joined Campden BRI in 2017 as a Molecular Microbiology Technician in the Microbiology Safety and Spoilage team, after completing a BSc in Plant Science from the University of Nottingham.
Alice is now working as a Senior Project Manager in the Brewing Microbiology Research team specialising in challenge testing of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and gaining experience in draught dispense of non-alcoholic beers. Alice has previously worked in several areas of the microbiology department at Campden BRI, working on ISO 16140 method validations, emerging microbiology and food safety and spoilage.
