Kirsty Keck leads the People and Culture strategy and team at Campden BRI, whose focus is to enable Campden BRI to deliver trusted science, technology and advice by attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent. The team’s work extends to cultural development with the aim of fostering a collaborative and innovative culture, as well as strengthening organisational capability to respond to the evolving needs of the food and drink industry. The team provides expertise across the employee lifecycle with focus on talent management, capability and development, culture, performance, reward and recognition, leadership development and wellbeing. She has a keen interest in organisational behaviour and the link to organisational performance.
