'I have been involved in supplier management and auditing for many years, but still found the course very useful, offering a systematic approach to auditing a HACCP systems. The course was well run and ideal for both the experienced members of the course and those starting out with less experienced of auditing. The technical content was supported by several practical exercises which reinforced the important points from the course.' David Dawe, Lead Auditor at Natures Way Foods Ltd (November 2016)
