Benefits of attending
The course covers the Principles of Auditing as defined in ISO 19011:2011; an international standard that looks at the auditing of internal and external systems. The course also covers, in detail, how to objectively assess company HACCP systems that will need to meet the requirements of commercial standards such as the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety or FSSC 22000 or retailer specific standards.
Who should attend?
If you are involved in the assessment of HACCP systems, either looking at your own system or that of your suppliers of raw materials. It is desirable that delegates have attended the HACCP Level 3 course or equivalent
Training Course content
The course is highly participative with group exercises and will enable you to objectively challenge HACCP systems, for example what does good look like and what should a HACCP plan contain?
The course is delivered by tutors who are lead auditor trained and regularly perform HACCP audits against the Campden Auditing HACCP Standard.
