Risk assessments throughout the food chain have become a requirement of many standards. Raw material risk assessment has been shown to focus company´s food safety management to ensure that problems associated with their raw materials are identified and minimised, avoiding costly product recalls and withdrawals. Risk management and risk assessment are issues that people struggle to understand, including where to start and how to proceed.
This course will outline a straightforward method to carry out raw material risk assessment and will allow delegates to carry out practical exercises to improve their understanding of this approach.
The course will be delivered live online over the course of two mornings (1315 - 1730 hours), participants will be sent log in details for a Microsoft Teams session.
Courses are limited to 12 people to ensure an interactive and engaging course for all participants.
