Online event
Summary
Join us on 24 February at 11:00GMT for a free, one hour, information session focused on how contrasting national food businesses ensure accurate information on the presence of regulated allergens in foods offered to consumers.
Speakers will give a top-line overview of how they manage allergen information in their business and what difficulties they face. This will be followed by a Q&A session.
The session is aimed at enforcement officers (EHOs and TSOs) to give greater understanding of how large food companies manage the 14 regulated allergens in their supply chains and the limitations that they must work to, but it will be of interest to anyone working in that field.
We will explore how enforcement officers can support businesses by asking directed and targeted questions when carrying out enforcement visits to identify any gaps in the system.
