Sending us samples

Before you send samples

This page allows you to create an appropriate dispatch label for your samples.

Our sample submission form will create an address label as well as a sample details slip to include within your parcel.

Where to send your samples?

Most beer, wines and spirit analysis is done at our Nutfield site. Most food analysis is carried out primarily at our Chipping Campden site. If you are unsure where to send your samples please check with your contact at Campden BRI or email support@campdenbri.co.uk or call +44(0)1386 842291.

How to send samples to us?

When sending samples to us please ensure you add the appropriate details to the label and package the contents appropriately and securely. Please click the button below for a sample label template.

What to include on the packaging address label.

All packages should be labelled with:

• the department of the intended recipient at Campden BRI
• your name and company
• a general description of the nature of the contents
• any special storage instructions (e.g. chilled, frozen)

Also ensure that the following details are provided within the package:

• your name, address, company and contact details (e-mail and telephone number)
• what the samples are and why you are sending them to us
• any special handling or storage instructions

Avoid delays

Please ensure you pack and label your samples correctly so that we can deal with them efficiently and get the results back to you without delay. Damaged samples or having to hold samples until we can get health and safety clearance can cause delays. Please help us to avoid this.
