Analytical Services

We offer commercial analytical lab chemistry testing for food and drink, including: nutritional and health, microscopy, biochemistry, allergens, chromatography, packaging, cereals and ingredients, and wines and spirits

Position

Your day-to-day will include:

📦 Receiving deliveries, unpacking samples, and preparing shipments (10%)
🧠 Logging samples into our LIMS system and managing storage or subcontracting (40%)
🧪 Supporting lab prep or admin tasks depending on your skills and interests (20%)
🤝 Helping the Sample Administrator keep workflows smooth and efficient (15%)
🧼 Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organized (5%

Requirements

Must-haves:

You’re comfortable with physical tasks and manual handling
You’re digitally savvy and can pick up new systems quickly
You communicate clearly and work well in a team
You’re organized and can manage your own workload

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with LIMS or similar systems
A science qualification (AS-Level Chemistry or higher is a bonus)
Previous lab or logistics experience
