What you’ll be doing

You'll play a central role in shaping how we analyse, design and improve our business processes. No two days will be the same, but your core responsibilities will include:


  • Applying structured approaches to investigate business problems, opportunities and process gaps
  • Leading requirements gathering, documentation and management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitating workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions with stakeholders at all levels
  • Assessing solution options and contributing to business cases and project briefs
  • Analysing end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities 
  • Supporting the planning and executive of user acceptance testing
  • Promoting consistent standards and documentation across the PMO





What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in business analysis
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences 
  • A track record of working within project environments using Agile and/or waterfall approaches
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and balance stakeholder needs effectively
