Our support services cover all non-scientific business needs, including: IT, finance, HR, compliance, governance, legal and risk, facilities and engineering, catering, sales, marketing, and scientific affairs

What you’ll be doing

You'll play a central role in shaping how we analyse, design and improve our business processes. No two days will be the same, but your core responsibilities will include:

Applying structured approaches to investigate business problems, opportunities and process gaps
Leading requirements gathering, documentation and management throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitating workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions with stakeholders at all levels
Assessing solution options and contributing to business cases and project briefs
Analysing end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Supporting the planning and executive of user acceptance testing
Promoting consistent standards and documentation across the PMO

What we’re looking for

Strong experience in business analysis
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences
A track record of working within project environments using Agile and/or waterfall approaches
The ability to manage competing priorities and balance stakeholder needs effectively
