  • Developing and maintaining financial models that provide clarity and support strategic business planning
  • Supporting monthly management reporting, KPI monitoring and variance analysis
  • Partnering with budget holders and managers to understand performance, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assisting with cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis and financial planning activities
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems and reporting tools
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Assisting with scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions and investment opportunities
  • Contributing to the development of dashboards, management information and automated reporting solutions

What we’re looking for

  • Experience within Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or qualified by experience
  • Strong Excel skills with experience building and maintaining financial models
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting processes
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear, meaningful insights
  • Confident stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to business partnering
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement and adding value
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining the ability to see the bigger commercial picture
  • Experience working within a medium-sized or complex organisation would be advantageous
  • A genuine interest in helping shape and develop a growing FP&A function

What we offer

  • Reward platform with employee discounts and rewards
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Buy and sell holiday scheme
  • A generous work save pension scheme, with employee contributions matched by the company up to 10%
  • Culture focus around work/life balance (early finish Fridays)
