Our support services cover all non-scientific business needs, including: IT, finance, HR, compliance, governance, legal and risk, facilities and engineering, catering, sales, marketing, and scientific affairs

IT

​You will be working with the wider IT team to support and maintain the group’s IT (VoIP and mobile telephony) systems and to support users.

Position

  • Provide IT systems and user support as part of the team, with a focus on ensuring the users business needs are met, at all sites operated by the Campden BRI Group
  • Work with the IT Systems Manager to evaluate and implement new computer developments and procedures within the Campden BRI group
  • Provide documentation and user training where appropriate 

Requirements

  • End User support experience
  • Experience 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Ideally Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician qualified or at least 2 years’ experience in IT services/operations
  • Knowledge/ previous experience to Azure and/or Intune would be beneficial
  • Experience in deploying and supporting the Online suite of Office 365 applications
  • Excellent knowledge of building and deploying Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Good understanding of computer security and Active Directory
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum GSCE English & Maths, plus educated to BTEC / HND/A Level
