Allergen labelling: Campden BRI seminar


Although allergen labelling requirements have significantly changed, the number of costly recalls due to allergen mis-information seems to be increasing, and deaths of sensitive individuals have occurred due to food allergens in the food service sector.


Food allergen labelling - a Campden BRI seminar to be held on 27 October (see www.campdenbri.co.uk/allergen-labelling.php) - will focus on how companies can make sure that they are providing accurate allergen information and are not involved in the next product recall or media frenzy due to incorrect or missing allergen information.
