Food legislation requirements vary throughout the world and many are different to those found in the UK and EU. In the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, standards were recently updated by the GCC Standardization Organization (GSO). This webinar explains the main updates that were made throughout 2021, including maximum limits for ethanol residues, nutritional labelling, additives and flavourings. It also outlines the draft standards that were being worked on by November 2021.
