Novel Foods Regulation – what has changed?

The new Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 on novel foods was applicable from 1 January 2018 and replaces the previous EU legislation on novel foods. In this webinar, Alison Sharper discusses the changes to the definition of a novel food, the authorisation process and how the new Regulation makes it easier for food businesses to develop new and innovative products and ingredients for the EU market.
