All on-site training courses and seminars due to be held between 23rd March and 31st July are being rescheduled for August onwards. Our brewing and malting courses cover topics such as craft and microbrewing, microbiology, yeast quality, malting, flavour and taint, hygiene, legislation and labelling requirements, quality and safety.

 
  • An intensive short course providing those new to the Brewing Industry with a basic understanding of the brewing process.
