Face-to-face training – from August we have resumed our one- and two-day training courses on site. We’ll be doing so while observing social distancing and safety measures. View programme. From October we expect to be able to deliver all of our full schedule of courses.

Consumer and sensory science training courses

Our consumer and sensory science courses cover topics such as sensory evaluation, consumer research, sensory science and food quality – as well as linking sensory attributes to brand engagement and brand loyalty.

Sensory training aids

We also offer some practical sensory training aids if you wish to conduct your own basic training or screening.
