Health claim dossiers
The use of an approved health claim tells consumers that your product provides a specific benefit and can be an excellent
marketing tool. However submission of a health claim dossier to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) can be a time-consuming and expensive
process. Therefore, prior to preparing and submitting your claim submission, Nutrition and Legislation specialists at Campden BRI can provide an
independent review of the evidence you have gathered and/or produced against EFSA guidelines for submission to determine whether there are any
gaps in this evidence base. Following this review we can assist you with the preparation of a health claim dossier.
