Products such milk, juices and sauces are often heat treated via continuous flow systems where they are pumped through
heat exchangers and holding tubes before filling. Often known as either UHT or HTST processing, they cannot be validated in the traditional way
using temperature probes.
At Campden BRI, our experts have experience working with and validating continuous processes all over the world, and
typically involve a combination of document reviews, calculations and site inspections.
