Understanding consumer needs and gathering their feedback on product and packaging concepts and prototypes is vital in developing successful food and drink products.

We have tested thousands of products with consumers over many years, so we know what really matters when it comes to delivering high quality consumer insights.

We have created a leading consumer research centre at Leamington Spa in the UK Midlands, with easy access to nearby towns such as Coventry, Rugby and Solihull.

For clients, the nearby mainline train station has direct links to London Marylebone.

At nearly 4,000sq ft the centre has the unique capacity to undertake large scale consumer sensory tests under controlled sensory conditions.

It has dedicated sample receipt and handling, sample storage and product preparation, along with environmental controls throughout the assessment areas.

The research team uses advanced specialist software to design and manage consumer tests which also provides the platform for data capture.

This integrated software system enables us to provide test results to clients quickly and efficiently.

Observation areas enable clients to monitor tests in real time, so that project teams can see their products being assessed.

The centre has also been designed to support qualitative work including focus groups, depth interviews, co creation and ideation sessions, with full audio/visual recording capabilities.

Separate qualitative observation rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 8 observers, and break out rooms offer clients additional work space if required.

The centre is also ideal for project meetings and debriefs, training and recruitment interviews with high speed WiFi throughout the centre.

We also offer a range of support services including consumer recruitment, product sourcing and provision of qualitative research moderators.

If you’d like to know more or to visit the centre please contact the centre manager.
