project We have a new member funded project commencing in 2019 looking at the impact of
sensory substantiation claims on consumer purchase decisions
- TUCO (The Universities Caterers Organisation) Visit:
The Sensory team hosted ten visitors from TUCO over two days in late January. This continues our long standing association with TUCO – providing independent and objective sensory quality assessments as part of the TUCO supplier tender process.

We’re delighted to have a joint sensory research project funded by Danone Nutricia Early Life
Nutrition published in Pediatric Allergy and Immunology and presented at the British Society for Allergy and Clinical
Immunology Annual Meeting on 1st Oct 2018.
- Q Awards: We were delighted to
with the Quality Food Awards that recognise and reward the best in retail, wholesale and food service food
and drink products available in the UK. Campden BRI team members attended the awards ceremony
which took place on the 1st November 2018 at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
