Benefits of attending

Food labelling legislation has changed substantially over the last few years, most recently and fundamentally with the introduction of the EU Food Information to Consumers Regulation.  Labellers need to be fully aware of these changes and of other laws that relate to particular aspects of food labelling in order to produce legally compliant labels.  This course provides an in-depth consideration of the most up-to-date UK and EU laws, as well as information on good practice, relating to food labelling.  The course is designed for those who generate product labels, sign off art work or have managerial responsibility for these functions.  The training will also benefit those new to food labelling who need to acquire a comprehensive understanding of how to generate compliant labels.  There will be the opportunity throughout the course to discuss specific food labelling legislation enquiries with our Food Law Advisors.
