Food safety management systems are undergoing a period of big change, probably the most since the concept of HACCP was first publicised in 1971. This is a unique opportunity to listen to and discuss with the recognised experts in this field.
This masterclass will focus on the future for food safety management systems. The masterclass will offer attendees a chance to obtain the latest information on the topic and there will be opportunities to listen to food safety management system leaders and discuss the future for food safety management with them.
A rare opportunity in the UK to listen to and discuss with two of the main food safety management system “gurus” we have Sara Mortimore and Carol Wallace presenting. Other presenters include Bob Brackett discussing the FSMA approach, Joanne Taylor on food safety culture and David Highton on the ISO 22000 update. In addition there are panel and participant discussion sessions. It is a very focused day and will really help to clarify how food safety management systems are developing.
